About Dr Hritik
I'm Dr. Hritik, a BNYS graduate with a background in naturopathy and yogic sciences. I currently work at Rajbagh Wellness Retreat, where yoga instruction is my main focus, alongside acupuncture, moxibustion, and fire cupping therapy. My approach comes from an integrative wellness perspective — I don't see yoga as separate from the body's larger healing systems, and I bring that understanding into every class. I want to share this knowledge because real wellness isn't just about flexibility or fitness — it's about giving people tools they can actually use for a healthier, more balanced life.

My classes are practical and personalized: whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I adapt each session to your body, goals, and pace, blending classical technique with real wellness outcomes rather than just following trends.
