About Antonio
During my years of teaching yoga, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students with advanced practices and witnessing their growth over the years. I’ve also supported individuals with various conditions, including cancer, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, and more. These experiences have reinforced my belief that yoga is truly for everyone.

Hello! My teaching approach focuses on listening to my students' needs and tailoring each class to them. I follow the traditional methods of Ashtanga yoga, adapting the practice to suit each individual. I spent 12 years teaching private one-on-one lessons in Barcelona, working with students aged 5 to 93. My oldest online student is currently 81 years old! Many of my students have continued their yoga journey with me online after I moved to Uruguay. While my schedule only allows me to take on a few more online students, this way of teaching has become something I truly enjoy. I received my yoga certification in Mysore, India, where I trained in-depth and have returned several times to deepen my practice. My daily routine varies from intense asana sequences to calming pranayama practices. I’d love to see you on the mat! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thank you!
