About Ekaterina

Trained during 200H YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) at Mayashala in Paris, I have been in daily yoga practice for 2 years.

While starting my career as a yoga teacher, I would like to support beginner practitioners whose experience is close to me.

I plan to continue my training in India, which will allow me to develop my teaching skills.

About the lesson

For those who are taking their first steps in the world of Yoga, I offer classes that will focus on essential and accessible asanas (postures).

While keeping the relaxation that is specific to the practice of Yoga, I offer postures that strengthen your body and prepare you for more complex asanas.

Classes include the basics of breathing and yoga philosophy that will help you on your way to relaxation.

I offer teaching in 3 languages: French, English and Russian.

Classes take place on Thursdays and Sundays with the possibility of travel.
