Last 25 years I am working as an IT professional (MBA & PGDCM). I am a Mentor and Life Coach for many people. I practice Yoga regularly for the last 20 years. I used to conduct Yoga sessions for my colleagues, friends and relatives. I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with people.

I used to take Yoga sessions for general fitness & wellbeing and do Yogic healing for a specific disease by understanding the individual and targetting the cause of illness. A holistic approach to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. Asana, Pranayama and Meditation are powerful healing tools that remove rigidity, tensions, control negative emotions and ego, then refresh the brain and all the systems.
