About Sonu
Hello everyone,
I am a certified yoga trainer. I am providing yoga classes from last 2 years. I have worked with many clients one-on-one as well as in group settings. I am passionate about helping people to lead a healthy and balanced life.
I specialize in teaching Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a system of physical postures, or āsanas, and breathing techniques, or pranayama. Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that emphasizes physical exercises to master the body along with mind exercises for inner peace.
I design customized yoga programs according to the needs of my clients. My programs are based on the principles of alignment, breath work and mindfulness. I focus on providing a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their practice and experience the transformative power of yoga.
