I am a Yoga Therapy student with a strong interest in yoga, health and holistic well-being. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping people make yoga a part of their daily routine. I believe yoga should be simple, practical and suitable for individual needs. As a Yoga Therapy student, I focus on understanding individual needs and adapting yoga practices accordingly. Sessions may include yoga asanas, pranayama, relaxation and basic therapeutic practices. My approach is gentle, easy to follow and suitable for different levels.
