About Aditi

I am a certified Yoga Therapist with formal training in a university-based yoga therapy program and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy.
My work follows a structured therapeutic model (IAYT-based approach), combining traditional yogic practices with modern understanding of the nervous system, stress physiology, and mental health.
I am also certified under the Ministry of AYUSH (Government of India, Level 6 Yoga Therapist), a standardized national certification for professional yoga therapy practice.
I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals dealing with chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and mental fatigue—especially those who appear “fine” externally but experience internal overload.
This is not general yoga instruction. My work is targeted, structured, and designed to improve how the body and mind respond to stress.

These sessions are designed for individuals who:
Experience persistent stress, anxiety, or burnout.
Feel constantly alert or unable to relax.
Have shallow breathing or poor recovery.

Approach
The sessions are based on a clinical yoga therapy framework focused on nervous system regulation.
They include:
Breath regulation (pranayama) to influence autonomic balance.
Slow, structured movement to release physical tension.
Step-by-step sequencing based on therapeutic logic.
Awareness practices to improve self-regulation

This is not fitness-based yoga or generic relaxation. Each session is intentional and adapted to your condition.

Session Structure
Sessions are 60 minutes and conducted online across Canada.
Each session includes:
Brief assessment of your current state Guided breathwork to stabilise the system
Targeted therapeutic movement sequence
Deep relaxation or awareness-based practice

    My fascination with the field of Yoga took root in 2020, a year marked by the unprecedented global pandemic that triggered widespread disruptions. During a period when outdoor activities were curtailed, and routine commitments were suspended, a unique window of opportunity emerged. It was within this time frame that I consciously chose to leverage the situation. Much like countless others who discovered their true calling amidst the challenges of that era, I found solace in the practice of Yoga. Thus began my journey into the world of Yoga, serving as a pivotal pursuit that guided me through the uncertainties of that year.

    The profound sense of connectivity and well-being that Yoga brings to my life serves as the driving force behind my passion. Engaging in the practice of Yoga affords me a holistic approach to nurturing my physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. This profound impact on my personal growth and overall well-being continues to kindle my fervor for Yoga. Beyond my own enrichment, I am propelled by an earnest desire to empower others through the transformative power of Yoga. Witnessing the positive metamorphosis it has sparked in my own life, I am inspired to extend this gift to as many individuals as possible.
