About NagaSushmitha
I am NagaSushmitha, a Yoga Therapist with an MSc in Yoga from SVYASA and over five years of teaching experience. My journey with yoga has taught me the importance of building a healthy relationship with the body and mind. My aim is to make yoga accessible, meaningful and sustainable, encouraging students to practice with consistency, patience and compassion.

My teaching approach combines traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga with practical, modern methods, including asana practice, breathwork and Yoga Nidra. I focus on safe alignment, mindful movement, body awareness and modifications, helping students build strength, flexibility, balance and a healthier relationship with their body and mind.
