About Mikayla

I am an experienced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist working with groups and individuals looking for a general exercise, anxiety and stress relief as well as tools to manage depression and mental illness.
My classes are typically gentle but dynamic in nature, offering a balance of movement and mindfulness.

About the lesson

I teach based on my Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda background, using a holistic and inclusive approach so that anyone and everyone can experience the benefits. I believe that everyone has the ability to move their body in a safe and effective way that can increase their level of wellness.
