I teach in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting students experience for themselves through careful self observance , energy reading.
Each class consists of asanas, yoga flow , breathing practices , pranayama, meditationt and therapies specified according to the participant.
Classes are held in small batches if in group and personal classes that allow personal attention and personalized modification for all age group.
As an Instructor I focus on alignment and correction to ensure that participants achieve visible growth even through online platform.
