About Maitreya

I am Maitreya Chakraborty. I am a master of arts in Journalism & Mass Communication. I am a Yoga Therapist and I completed my training from a very old and reputed Yoga Ashrama. I don't teach Hatha Yoga and Pranayamas coarsely. In my experience Yoga must be taught according to the student's body type, ailments and breathing patterns. I follow my methods based on my experience.

About the lesson

Here the students will get to learn the Hatha yoga postures and various pranayamas according to various body functions. Not all asanas and pranayamas are meant for all. Here students will learn everything according to their body types and requirements.
