About Ashish
I had started learning and practising yoga from 6 years keeping learning and practising at topmost priority, as a result i have learnt different variations to do single asanas and accurate way of doing Asanas according to different age groups and problem in body parts, and now i want to spread this experience and knowledge to others so they too get to realise living a life in true sense and motivated themselves.
