Presently teaching yoga at many places for free of cost as social Service.
Yoga teacher for 1st to 5th class.
Yoga Instructor at Yoga Day from 2017 to 2022( present ) at Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
Performed as Yoga Instructor at Taj Mahel in International Yoga day 2022.
Practicing Yoga from the childhood including Sports activities.
Officially learnt by Patanjali Yog Peeth in 2009.

We will make a schedule as per your body type, because no exercise can fit you until your food habits and life style is not correct.
●Preliminary exercise will be same for 21 days.
After 21 days, we will target the solution oriented Yoga as per particular problems.
●Exercise including some stretching, Hath yoga, Aasans and meditation yoga will be included as per demand.
●Always available to solve your problems through message.
