About Diksha
I am a BNYS Doctor, Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences. This is my 5.5 years course in which I have learned about all the techniques in a very detailed manner, because of which I can explain all the benefits, with the indications and contraindications about the performed pose.

Yoga Is a slow and steady process. My teachings for the yoga would be from the basics with the explanation of all,beginning with the understanding of OM Chanting, loosening exercises, asanas,pranayama,breathing exercises and meditation with the benefits of all.
My yoga class would be working on all the Panchkoshas as per the individual’s need.
