About Chandhini
Hello! I’m Chandhini, a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor dedicated to helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through the transformative practice of yoga.
I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, flexibility, or fitness level. My teaching style is warm, patient, and encouraging, creating a welcoming space where you can progress comfortably at your own pace and build confidence along the way.
My classes combine Ashtanga Yoga, Flow (Vinyasa), Slow Burn Yoga, and Yin Yoga to help students develop strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and mindfulness. I focus on proper alignment, conscious breathing, and safe movement, ensuring each practice is both effective and enjoyable.
Whether your intention is to reduce stress, improve posture, boost strength, increase flexibility, or simply feel healthier, I am here to support you throughout your yoga journey.
I look forward to guiding you toward discovering the many benefits of yoga and cultivating a practice that enriches your daily life.

About My Lessons
My yoga lessons are designed to help you establish a strong, sustainable practice while honoring your body’s unique needs. Each session blends mindful breathing, safe alignment, and purposeful movement in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Lesson Elements:
Ashtanga Yoga – Builds strength, discipline, and consistency in your practice.
Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga – Enhances flexibility, coordination, and breath-body awareness through continuous movement.
Slow Burn Yoga – Develops functional strength, balance, endurance, and core stability with controlled, mindful transitions.
