About Naia
My name is Naia! I started my yoga journey 11 years ago at yoga class in Runyon Canyon. I than began my daily Vinyasa practice and later Bikram practice. I became my passionate about my yoga practice, as it helped me to recover from many emotional and physical blocks.
My first teacher training I did 6 years ago in New York City; the Bikram series. I started teaching right away and a few months later began my Vinyasa training. After teaching full time in NYC I went to India to complete my 3rd 300 hour training. In 2019 I began teaching and traveling, teaching at resorts, studios and online.
The last 2.5 years I resided in Bali, where I began teaching Yoga Teacher trainings. Both 200 and 300 hours! I continue to work on teacher trainings online, as well as private online yoga classes

I can give you a personalized yoga sequence that meets your nees physically and emotionally. The beauty of an online class is that it I can see your alignnment on camera and its easy to give verbal corrections. We can reflect on what you what areas you want to grow and what can help to get you there. I love to work with both beginner and advanced students!
I also have experince working on teacher trainings and would love to offer any new yoga teachers a chance to deepen their teaching skills. I can help you write out great class plans and go over teaching videos that you send me. I would suggest online classes, so that I can help you with your own alignment that will in turn help you with your teaching.
