About Emma
Teaching yoga became my rhythm after realizing how much movement grounds the spirit during daily transitions. I started these 8 years of experience noticing that stiff joints and posture issues often stem from simple habit patterns rather than physical limitations. My RYT-200 Hatha and Vinyasa training allows me to build sequences that prioritize alignment above all else.
Whether you are an expat or an adult beginner, I focus on mobility and soothing wind-down routines that make sense for your life. Small wins are the foundation of my practice.

Moving through a hatha sequence should feel like a relief rather than an athletic chore. I keep my instruction clear and supportive so you can focus entirely on your own breath without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by complex transitions.
We utilize standing balances and gentle warm-up sequencing to prepare the body for deeper mobility work. My sessions include recorded breathing and warm-up routines for daily practice so you have support between our times together. You can always ask me to adjust the flow if you feel like something else is needed as we go along.
