About Martina
I started practicing Yoga in 2014, trying to recover from a back injury caused by lifelong dancing. After that first class taken at the local gym, I deeply fell in love with the practice and never stopped since. I have now been a Yoga Teacher for 7 years and I love this job.
My purpose is to make this practice, and its fruits, available to
everyone.

My classes gravitate towards embodiment, functional anatomy
and energy work. Depending on the request, I can tailor the class to be fully suitable to all levels of practice and all needs (from a very energizing class like Ashtanga or Vinyasa Flow to a very soothing one like Yin or Nidra). I also love to include pranayama and meditation whenever possible, so that my students can take these lifesaving tools with them wherever they go.
