About RAMAN
As well as a yoga teacher, I am also a board-certified structural integration practitioner who uses her knowledge of how the body works and repairs itself to empower my yoga students to bring awareness to what their body needs in order to help bring back balance and vitality to their body.
Whether you're looking to build upon your practice or working to heal from an injury, practicing yoga with an experienced bodyworker is an amazing tool to help you reach your goal(s).

My teaching method is based on a traditional yoga flow practice. We start by centering, breathwork, move through postures, and end in a relaxing restorative posture. I focus on form and teaching smooth transitions from one posture to the next. I will be sure to check in on your goals when we start and as we continue to work together and meet you where ever you and your body might be on any given day.

$75 an hour in person
$65 an hour via webcam
$60 an hour for 5 class package
24-hour cancelation policy. Less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged $50.
