About Mikaela
Hi there, I’m Mikaela. For most of my life I've trained for a variety of sports (wrestling, rugby, long distance running, triathlon, yoga). I formalised my passion for fitness and wellness by becoming a yoga teacher (200hr) and certified personal trainer (ACE). My focus is on helping others regardless of shape, size, ability, or personal identity build a healthy and balanced body and mind. I’m looking forward to meeting you and learning more about you and your goals.

Because I'm both a personal trainer and yoga teacher, I teach yoga with more of an anatomy focus and personal training with a balanced (all-around) focus. I am more interested in achieving the purpose of a pose or exercise than the way it looks. I am patient yet motivating and like to get to know my clients so I can help them in the best way possible. I have taught group classes in yoga studios as well as private classes and company classes on a one-to-one basis.
