About Fabienne
My name is Fabienne. I have been passionate about practicing yoga for a few years. I did my first 200 hours of training in Ashtanga Yoga and then started with the 500 hours of training in LYT Yoga. I teach group classes as well as classes for companies (lunch yoga). The longer I teach, the more I realize how important posture is. That's why I pay a lot of attention to my posture.
What do I love most about teaching? The happy faces after a yoga class, because movement is the elixir of life.

LYT Yoga is a yoga style based on the three principles of physiology, kinesiology and neurology. This strong and sustainable yoga practice combines my love for movement with the anatomical background. In my private lessons we have time to work on your posture as well as any imbalances. Of course, we can also work together on your own personal goals.
