Hi, I'm Chelsea! A warm and caring teacher and guide. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years, it is a practice that has deeply nourished my life and is the foundation from which I move through the world. I am passionate about connecting people to their inner power and realizing their full potential for health and wellbeing through yoga.

The breath is at the core of the flows that I design and lead my clients through. With focus on the breath and structural alignment we utilize the asanas (poses) to facilitate the body being established in its natural rhythm of order, balance, harmony, and flow.
