About Jason
I have been practicing yoga, martial arts and movements as a coach/instructor/mentor for over 15 years now. I recently completed my 200 hr YTT and Trauma Informed Yoga certifications. I have been a performance coach and martial arts instructor for the last 10 years and now I am looking to share all the lessons, knowledge, and wisdom from these three perspectives into one unified approach to Yoga, Fitness, and Overall Well Being.

My teaching approach is to set the foundation, then guide the student towards self understanding. Only if requested will I go deeper into movement science and philosophy, during a class or private lesson however the goal is to learn through actual experience and practice. External knowledge is great for providing directions, internal knowledge is discovered through intuitive practice and feel.
