About Melina
I am a graduate in nutrition from the University of Buenos Aires and I dedicate much of my professional practice to vegetarian and vegan food. I studied and continued my yoga studies: from the first moment I took a class I felt that it was necessary to deepen that knowledge, in order to later share it. It was like this at the time of doing the yoga teachers I began to give classes. Among my yoga studies are: - Hatha yoga teacher (Yoga Kai) - Yoga teacher (FADY) - Ayurvedic yoga therapy teacher (FADY) - Swara yoga and Pranayama teacher - Yoga for children - Ayurvedic massage (abhyanga) - Adjustments and correction of asanas.

I offer yoga classes both as beginners and advanced practitioners. The practices are personalized and are adapted to the possibilities of each one, thus developing strength, balance, flexibility, concentration and coordination of breath with movement to achieve, over time, a connection of our body, mind and spirit. The practices are never repeated and we use different styles or methods of yoga (integral yoga - hatha - flow - swara - Ayurvedic yoga therapy).
