About Dana
I have been a Hatha Vinyasa teacher since 2015. Since then I have been teaching dynamic yoga, yin yoga, prenatal classes and with groups at risk of social exclusion. In 2019 I have participated as a co-author in the book: Free Brain, contributing my vision on yoga related to creativity. I am always training. I consider myself curious about the techniques that support light on the path of self-knowledge for the integral improvement of the person.

Combining the traditional method of Hatha Yoga with current techniques, I create a space where the body seeks its genuine expression, passing through postures and deep breaths, leaving a feeling of flexibility, clarity and relaxation. My goal is to provide tools for people to better understand their physique and to move towards their optimal health.
