About Liz
I have been practicing Yoga in my life for 10 years. I started this study in a self-taught way and after a while I sought classes with teachers who helped me on this journey.
I currently teach individual classes and on my social networks I share tips, tutorials, and my thoughts on practice, mental health and healthy habits
