Srishti is such a great yoga instructor. It's not just her knowledge but also the person she is. The way she explains some stretches or exercises, what they are for, where they will help, and whatnot. I feel like I'm not just attending the session but also learning. It's so great to be instructed by a person like her who not only makes you do the exercises but also shares the knowledge.
