About Stephanie

I am a wellness instructor and I've honed my skills through rigorous training, including a 200-hour certification from Alignment Yoga Bali and an additional 30 hours of specialized flow yoga training in Portland Oregon. My journey also encompasses four years as a dedicated Cross Training trainer.
My true passion lies in sharing my knowledge to others, facilitating their exploration of physical and mental well- being through mindfulness-based group yoga.

I love the concept of FLOW in yoga. I pick a series of movements we repeat in class and so you can understand where you are going and really focus on the breath to movement connection and feel the magic of flowing.
