I am a Yoga teacher, currently studying nursing at UEA. I am passionate about yoga and those who I have taught have really enjoyed how accessible I have made my sessions and the energy that I create.

About Lauren
I have recently qualified in yoga, however I have military background and have experience in lots of different sports at competitive level. As I understand the benefits of yoga for everyone (from those who compete in sports to those who want to be more mindful and aware of their bodies, mind and soul) I can offer lessons for a wide variety of people and my knowledge in anatomy and physiology from my nursing degree enables me to be able to offer deeper understanding of your body in order to promote good health and a positive mindset.

I currently teach Hatha Yoga which is to balance the mind, body and breath. My teaching style is energetic and positive with a clear focus on the purpose and benefits of each posture to broaden your knowledge and understanding. My aim is for you to enjoy yoga, to find a positive mindset and to appreciate your body for your practice.
