About Alice
I am a Hatha Yoga teacher, certified at "Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram" in Rishikesh, India, the world's yoga capital, by a well-known Himalayan yoga master.
Noticing the tension and stress present in my everyday life, I took some time to dedicate myself to my spiritual journey through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
I left my job and my country to explore the world in search of myself.
After several months of traveling between Australia and Asia, I stopped in the north of Thailand, where I lived for 4 months, exploring spiritual disciplines. Here I rediscovered the energy and balance that then brought me to India for another two months where I obtained my certificate as a Yoga teacher and where I deepened my knowledge in the very country where these ancient disciplines were born.

My classes are based on the "Akhanda Yoga" approach which embraces the wholeness of Yoga. Movement, breathing (pranayama), sound, meditation, and yogic wisdom are the 5 elements always present in each lesson to align body, mind, and spirit. I propose individual lessons, created specifically to meet the needs of the student, or in groups, adaptable to both beginners and experienced students. The concepts of acceptance and respect for oneself and others are the foundation of my lessons.
