About Agnes
I'm Agnes I'm a yoga teacher based in Manchester&London, for me yoga is what you make it, it's a science and a spiritual practise, I love to focus in on both aspects finding a balance. My aim is to create small habits that grow into an impacting routine that you can always have in your life to come back to. A healthy flowing body is a happy body, increasing your everyday functioning and peace.

One on one classes tailored to your requirements, working to deregulate the nervous system and bring conscious movement to your day and building up a foundational yoga practise for you to take away with you. Up to 90 minutes long if preferred, we will work through the fascial body to release tension, by using flow and yin yoga postures. I will always finish a class in savasana, the most restorative posture, with a head/neck massage to release those final knots of tension.
For lessons with children, it’s all about fun and calmness. These can change depending on how active your child is, whether is a soothing yoga class before the evening bedtime routine or one to energise!
