About Bhaswati
I am a certified Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health coach, and have been teaching in Bangalore for over 18 years. I specialize in Therapeutic Yoga, and Yoga for women's health - reproductive health issues, PCOS, period pains, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and menopausal health issues. I teach at Srimoyi Yoga in Bellandur and also online. I conduct yoga classes in companies for improving employee well-being, both online and in person. My emphasis is on improving wellness through yoga, healthy lifestyle practices and good nutrition.

The classes are a complete package - participants learn pranayama and asanas for their health needs. The benefits of the asanas are explained. Based on Ayurvedic principles, diet modifications and lifestyle practices are recommended. Thanks to the individual attention and customized teachings, students are able to see results. The Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Garbhasanskar classes are for couples planning to conceive, pregnant women in their second trimester and new mothers. I teach Therapeutic yoga for people with health issues, typically aged 18 - 65 years.
