Yoga is taught via online video call. Student of all age groups can join the classes. Therapy is provided. English, Bengali and Hindi are the languages of communication.

Hi everyone, I started to have yoga lessons with Irfan last week Thursday. Since then we had lesson Monday Tuesday Wednesday and will have also tomorrow. I am very satisfied with him. He is very professional, well prepared for each lesson. He plan everything according to our age, I am 47 and my friend 42. He is asking how it is for us, if it is too hard or if it is good. He is very polite, kind and explains everything thoroughly. I will continue to have yoga with him for sure as I want to get strong and stay in good shape for comming years.
