Hi everyone! I am Prem from Chennai. I have been practicing yoga since childhood, I have completed a Teacher training certification Program from Sivananda ashram Madurai. I love Practicing Pranayama because it is magic. Please feel free to reach out to me for yoga classes. Would be very happy to see you guys on the yoga Mats.
