I am "Grdutae in Yogashastra” and have completed various Yoga & Meditation workshops.
I am also a faculty with the Art of Living Foundation and volunteering for more than 6-years

Focus will be on posture correction and form rather than on extreme postures.
Yoga is for all from kids to elder. It makes you flexible, productive & energize you with positivity to fight with whatever life throws at you.
Usual structure of the class will be Traditional WarmUps, Stretching & Bending, Asanas, Pranayamas, Meditation & Yognidra or loosening practices.
