About Desi

I am a university student in Bocconi University currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture and Communication.
I started doing yoga two years ago and it quickly became one of the most important parts of my life. I began practicing everyday and undoubtedly felt all the positive effects that daily practice yields both on my psychological and physical well-being.

The sessions consist of a yoga practice of the physical postures (asanas) that are mostly associated with yoga today, but would also include some of the other important points of yoga as pranayama (exercises for breath control) and guided meditation. Moreover, I am going to introduce a lot of concepts explaining what yoga is and its history.
