I am dedicated to guiding you on a journey toward balance and well-being. With years of experience in both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, I offer personalized private sessions that cater to your unique needs and aspirations.
In addition to my yoga and Reiki training, I am currently in my last year of psychology studies, which enhances my understanding of the mind-body connection. This knowledge allows me to offer even more profound insights and support in your healing journey.
My Reiki training took me to India, where I studied under a direct disciple of Osho, learning to harness the universal life force energy for deep healing. I am also a sound healer, using vibrational frequencies to restore harmony in the body and mind.
I also offer Psychotarot readings influenced by Jungian psychology, helping you explore your inner world and gain deeper insights into your life’s path.
Whether you’re seeking physical strength, emotional healing, or a deeper connection to your inner self, I am here to support you with compassion and expertise. Let’s work together to create a space where you can relax, rejuvenate, and thrive.
