I am Kishor Chandra, a qualified Yoga Teacher with an M.A. in Yoga. I am passionate about helping people experience the physical and mental benefits of Yoga through simple and practical practices. I enjoy teaching students at different levels and sharing my knowledge to help them become healthier, more flexible, active and confident in their daily lives.
