About Melissa
Yoga is for everyone regardless your age, gender and background. Yoga helps you to improve strength and flexibility by holding a pose. Most importantly, yoga helps me to find the inner strength of mine and realized the importance of self esteem.
My yoga intention shifted from physical to mindfulness along the journey. I hope I could share my yoga journey with you and inspired each other to be a better self.
