About Anusha
I have seen tremendous changes in my health and life overall after started practicing this ancient spiritual practice. Yoga could provide numerous health benefits to people. Hence, I would like to spread this gem of a practice to as many people as I could to make this world a better person to live. You will never know until you practice and get the benefits for yourself. We invest for lots of things in our life, health is the most important asset that we need to take good care. One should always invest in their health to be able to enjoy the gift of life. Join my classes to have more in depth understanding of yoga.

For individual classes I will start with hatha surya namaskar and beginner level relaxing yoga poses. After observing my student's progress, I will adjust the practice according to their capability.
At least 1 hour 15 minutes of practice id required per class.
