About Athira

I am currently a final year student of masters in psychology. My subject is all about the behaviour and mental consciousness. I believe that, so be present and stable, we must make sure we are physically calm and relaxed. Relaxation yoga does just that and that's why I have increased my knowledge and experience in the field and also wish to help others with it.
