I teach Surya Namaskar, Hath Yoga, Yoga Nidra, relaxation and meditation techniques. During the session, the participants are made to practice these yogic techniques until they can do it by themselves.
Even after the end of the course, I provide support materials to participants so that they can continue their practices.
