About Raju
I am Raju Karmakar, a passionate and dedicated practitioner of yoga. My personal journey with yoga began thirteen years ago, establishing a strong, foundational discipline that permeates my life. This long-standing commitment has transitioned into a calling to share its benefits. For the past two years, I have been actively teaching, guiding students to discover the same physical and mental harmony that yoga has brought to me. My goal is to impart not just the asanas, but the holistic philosophy that makes yoga a transformative practice for sustained well-being.

This beginner-friendly yoga class focuses on cultivating mind-body connection through gentle, accessible postures (asanas) and conscious breathwork (pranayama). You will learn foundational alignment principles, improving flexibility, strength, and balance. The atmosphere is non-competitive and supportive, perfect for relieving stress and promoting a sense of inner peace. Expect a soothing final relaxation (savasana) to leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered. All fitness levels are welcome!
