About Harshit
I am a certified yoga teacher with TTC, a graduation in Yoga, and a Master’s degree in Yoga. I teach Ashtanga Yoga, including asana, pranayama, guided meditation, and yogic diet knowledge, using props for safe and effective practice. I share my knowledge to help students build a healthy body, calm mind, and disciplined, balanced lifestyle through authentic yoga.
