About Davina

After years dealing with depression and having an eating disorder. Yoga has really taught me how to manage with stress yoga and become more present and have connection which has now become my passion and I would like to share with you.

About the lesson

I teach power flows to slow flows and different themes. I can create a sequence just for you if you want to work with a paticular part of your body or open up your chakras to reconnect and find balence within or let me know if you just want a good strech im here to serve you.
