About Tanveer
I have more than 6 years of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher. I have completed a postgraduate diploma in yoga science from Rishikesh and a four-month residential certificate course in yogic studies from Bihar School of Yoga, Munger. I teach hatha yoga, meditation and ashtanga vinyasa yoga with alignment and adjustment.

I teach every posture with alignment and adjustment. Lead yoga classes for all skill levels from beginners to advanced.
Teach student correct postures to ensure maximum benefits and safety. Work with students of all body types and fitness level to develop customized programs and positional adjustments that increase skill, fitness and wellbeing. Give student in depth understanding of posture and breathing techniques.
