About Jayashree

I am Yoga practitioner for 2 decades who has learnt various styles of Yoga. I have received training from Gurus in India, US and The Netherlands. Each one of the styles have something unique to offer. The classes will be a combination of all styles benefiting your body structure. Emotional Freedom Technique sessions and meditation classes are conducted on weekends.

Yoga classes for adults 18+ of age.

When: Starting September 1, 2012, Sessions are 5 days/week ( Mon- Fri) in small batches upto 5.

Duration: 1 hour

What you will learn: basics of yoga, asanas, 8 fold path of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga) and how to make Yoga a way of life instead of a mere exercise form, meditation basics and Pranayama.
