About Kata

Hey, It is my pleasure to introduce myself as a yoga teacher, meditation, and mindfulness coach. My name is Kata, and I have been practising yoga and mindfulness for over 4 years. My passion for yoga and meditation has led me to become a certified instructor and coach, and I have been sharing my life experience with others for many years now.

I'm being told that I change mindsets and I like to believe in that.

As a yoga teacher, I believe in the transformative power of the practice. I treat Yoga not just as a physical exercise but a holistic approach to well-being. My classes focus on the mind-body connection, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing space for my students. Whether you are a beginner or struggling with balance, my practice is tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

Yoga movement is just addition to my approach, I mainly specialise in meditation and mindfulness. These practices are essential for reducing stress, and anxiety, and increasing focus and awareness. Through my guidance, you will learn practical techniques for quieting the mind and finding inner peace. These skills are not just useful for the time you spend on the mat but can be applied to your daily life to enhance your overall well-being.

Greetings everyone, My name is Katarzyna, and I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher (YCT) and meditation instructor. My passion for yoga and meditation began several years ago, and I have since made it my mission to help others embrace a holistic, conscious way of living. Through my personal experience with yoga and meditation, I have learnt how to control my nervous system, label my thoughts, and perceive the world in a more positive light. This transformation has not only improved my physical and mental well-being but also enhanced my confidence and overall sense of self. As your instructor, I am committed to helping you achieve similar benefits through my teachings. My classes focus on the following aspects of well-being: Stretching - By incorporating various stretching exercises into my classes, I help my students to improve their flexibility and mobility. This not only reduces the risk of injury but also enhances their overall physical performance. Strength - Through yoga and other strength-building exercises, I help my students to develop their core muscles, improve their posture, and gain overall body strength. Conscious Food Consuming - I believe that the food we consume plays a significant role in our overall well-being. Therefore, I encourage my students to adopt a conscious approach to food consumption by focusing on whole, nutrient-rich foods. Meditation - Meditation is a powerful tool for reducing stress, increasing focus, and achieving inner peace. I guide my students through various meditation techniques to help them achieve these benefits. Collective Wellness - I believe that well-being is not just an individual pursuit but a collective one. Therefore, I encourage my students to support and uplift each other in their journey towards well-being.
