About Jhanvi
I started taking yoga when I was young and spent the last 10 years perfecting my skills and techniques. I’m an international medalist in yoga and national medalist in gymnastics. Professional yoga artist. Had experience of teaching students yoga at Ayush yoga federation Haryana. I have full knowledge of the different types of yoga postures available and I know how to perform them correctly. I also have complete knowledge of breathing and relaxation techniques and the skills needed to teach others how to do yoga to improve their overall health and well-being.

Classes would be started with some general warming up then continue with some mobility excercies ,asans ,flexibility and then some conditioning excercise for strength and then cool down excercises. Lastly meditation session for relaxation of the body mind and soul
