About Ameya
I am a Delhi based engineer. I practice yoga, pranayama and meditation in mornings and go for cycling in the evening. My goal in life is to spread happiness. If I notice anyone facing a problem, I am the first one to go listen to them. My classes are engaging and friendly and sculpted to what my students like.

My yoga teaching is easy going. I encourage students to find what feels good for them. I give a variety of options for different yoga poses. I structure my daily lessons as per the mood of my student and what they need to feel happier on that day. My classes are more than just a yoga class it is a healing experience. Anyone who wants to start their yoga journey or who wants to have a disciplined yoga schedule in their day can take this class from any age or gender.
